Assessment Auto Payment Form – Do you want to avoid writing checks and paying for postage? MC offers the ACH (Automatic Clearing House) Auto Payment program, which utilizes electronic funds transfer, to pay your assessment and other charges in a timely, accurate, and convenient manner. Initial setup takes approximately one billing cycle (30 days). Please continue to pay your assessments via check until you receive a statement stating your payment will automatically be debited from your account. Once the automatic debiting commences, your account will be debited between the 1st and 5th of the month your assessment is due.
